EJ into law?

I am suspicious but impressed at the sentiment.

The grossly ineffective NY state senate has just passed an "Environmental Equality" bill.



And here is Senator Schneiderman talking about Environmental Justice.


albeit cramped into a statement about being a democrat, and it's unclear how closely Democrat and EJ can be linked.
